They will independently perform administrative functions; maintain databases on awards received by College of Engineering faculty members; research external recognition opportunities; assist with the organization of events; prepare reports; handle special projects; and prepare various correspondence, promotional materials, and presentations.</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education</b></H2> </div><div><p>Completion of Freshman year.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <div>Advanced computer and related software skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.</div> </li> <li> <div>Drafting, proofreading, and editing skills</div> </li> <li> <div>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to handle frequent interruptions, balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail </div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions
