Job Number: 202600234 BASIC PURPOSE $60.00 per hour Part Time Casual Employees are hired on a seasonal basis during peak periods, may serve a maximum of four consecutive months (i.e. summer/fall enrollment peak) and are limited to a maximum of 25 hours per week. Montgomery County Community College is seeking applicants to: Lead classroom discussions and activities that enhance student learning Provide appropriate support for students, including answering student questions or supplementing course learning with self-made materials or activities as Creating a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment for all students by establishing rapport, class expectations, and learning Self-reflection and periodic evaluation of instructional strategies and success both formally and informally to improve instructional ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Effective delivery of required content material to students seeking to obtain a PA salesperson license- 30 hour and 45 hour course Teach in person or online through colleges' learning management system, depending on the needs of the students Maintain accurate student records for attendance that comply with school policy and state real estate commission requirements Effectively manage student course materials for distribution Create and deliver effective lesson plans and instructional materials based on book and course curriculum ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS A minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of real estate Valid PA Real Estate License required (Salesperson or Broker) Prior teaching experience or training required In-depth knowledge of national and state-specific real estate principles and practices Proficiency with standard technology to be used for instruction Strong interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills Ability to conduct presentations for both small and large-group instruction Ability to adapt instruction as necessary to meet the needs of the students
