This is a non-faculty rank, full-time, and academic-year (9-month) position with possibility for summer appointment. The successful candidate will primarily teach undergraduate courses in chemical engineering.</p> <p><br>The Lecturer will contribute to instruction in courses focused on chemical engineering, while fostering student engagement and practical problem-solving skills.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Reponsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>For each of the fall and spring semesters, the Lecturer is expected to teach three undergraduate lecture-based and/or laboratory courses related to chemical engineering, including topics such as mass and energy balances, thermodynamics, separations, reaction engineering, fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, unit operations, and related core chemical engineering areas.
