About this position
The Adjunct Instructor, Project Management, is responsible for providing high-quality instruction on assigned courses on a part-time, temporary basis. This position supports student success through effective teaching, student engagement, assessment, and curriculum delivery in accordance with college and departmental standards. Instruction and Student Success • Deliver effective, engaging instruction using appropriate teaching methods and technologies. • Prepare thoroughly for each class session and instructional hour. • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance. • Grade assignments, assessments, and examinations and provide timely feedback. • Counsel and advise students regarding course performance, progress, and academic success Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment. Course Development and Assessment • Develop and maintain instructional materials that support course outcomes and College standards. • Design course schedules, learning activities, and assessments aligned with approved curriculum. Utilize assessment data and best practices to improve teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. Ensure course content remains current with industry standards, including Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and best practices. Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain program quality and instructional consistency.
