TAs will assist instructors in a variety of roles including interacting with individuals or small groups during class; office-hour support; and engaging with students and assisting the instructor as needed throughout the 2-week course. </p> <p>The course, titled "Entertainment Machine Design Challenge", is offered through the College of Liberal Arts and aims to introduce students to the fascinating intersection of entertainment and engineering by immersing them in a dynamic and hands on experiential learning environment. During this course, students will work collaboratively in teams, led by the instructor and the teaching assistants, delving into the engineering design and prototyping process to tackle a challenge defined by the course.</p> <p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p> <ul> <li>Assist instructor in day-to-day classroom activities</li> <li>Coach student design teams</li> <li>Provide in-class and in-lab support for use of tools and equipment (laser cutters, 3D printers, etc.)</li> <li>Staff the lab after hours to support outside-of-class work</li> </ul> <p><u>Qualifications:</u></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, seeking a degree.</li> <li>Minimum GPA: 3.0</li> <li>Has a motivated interest in e
