Job SummaryThe Part-Time Clinical Faculty member provides clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students in assigned healthcare settings. This role supports student learning by facilitating clinical experiences, evaluating performance, and modeling professional nursing practice consistent with program outcomes and regulatory standards. Sponsorship is not available for this position. ResponsibilitiesSupervise and instruct nursing students in clinical settings and/or simulation or skills labs. Facilitate clinical learning experiences that promote safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing practice. Evaluate and document student clinical performance in accordance with course and program policies. Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student development. Communicate effectively with institutional policies and clinical site requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required QualificationsAt least 3 years in a hospital setting. Bachelor¿s degree or higher in the area of nursing specialty. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current GA Nursing license in good standing. Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in nursing or a related field. Prior clinical teaching, precepting, or mentoring experience.
