The Department of Psychology has an open part-time (50%) faculty position to teach undergraduate psychology, with primary assignment to the Professional (degree-completion) Psychology program. The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology from an APA-accredited program. This position is responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, commensurate with the faculty member’s area of specialization, and may include core psychology courses, research, writing and data analysis courses, clinical courses, and faith integration courses. This position will be primarily responsible for teaching, mentoring, and advising students. Specialization: Area of specialization in counseling/clinical, developmental, social, or general psychology. Demonstrated strong APA writing skills required. Responsibilities: Teaching, mentoring, and advising students. Service to the department, including assistance with recruitment. While most courses in the Professional Psychology program are taught online, the candidate may be needed to work at one or more regional campuses
