LTL positions are temporary, non-benefits eligible, part-time positions hired each semester on an as-needed basis.<br> </span></p> <p>The <strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong> of successful candidates will be to:</p> <ul> <li>Teach on campus and/or online courses in introductory English courses</li> <li>Follow the syllabus and curricula provided.</li> <li>Maintain office hours and provide feedback to students in a timely manner.</li> <li>Maintain FERPA and Title X certification</li> <li>Assist with program-related duties and administrative tasks, including placement, orientation, proctoring, student evaluations, curriculum and program review</li> <li>Understand and adhere to University policies and guidelines</li> <li>Have competency in effective and appropriate online (synchronous and asynchronous) delivery and in-person instruction</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Master’s degree in English or a related field (minimum 18 hours of graduate work in English)</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Demonstrated experience teaching at the college level or relevant professional experience</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Core Competencies</b
