Counseling (MA Program) - Adjunct Faculty About the roleThis position is for an adjunct faculty position, teaching either Research Methods and Evaluation (Spring Semester 2nd 8 weeks) or Theories and Techniques of Career Counseling (Summer Semester). These are in-person evening courses, offered Tuesdays from 5:30-9:30 PM. Adjunct load will vary based on capabilities of the Adjunct Professor and needs of the program. QualificationsContent area expertise required, and experience teaching adult students preferred Enthusiasm for teaching and counseling practice Strong communication skills with the ability to provide substantive feedback Flexibility and problem-solving skills Respectful of diverse perspectives Additional Responsibilities Bethel's mission is to educate and equip students to lead lives of impact through transformative academics in a Christ-centered community.
