Location: Remote, various locations throughout California Salary Range: $75/hour **The first review of applications shall occur on approximately 08/05/2026** Position Overview Under the supervision of the Department Chair, Business, the Adjunct Instructor plays acrucial role in facilitating a competency-based learning environment that promotessocial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Adjunct Instructor leverages projectmanagement experience to instruct core concepts and skills customized andpersonalized to student learning. Integral to the role is the Adjunct Instructor's ability tobe responsive to a student's unique needs and to continuously engage students earlyand often. Adjunct Instructors provide effective and substantive feedback that promotesmastery of program outcomes. Instructors provide guidance and encouragement andmentor students to be successful learners and workforce ready. Requirements
- Experience mentoring, training, or teaching adults
- Expertise in project management specific skills and maintains currency in thefield
- Demonstrated ability to customize instructional support for adults with a variety ofneeds and educational backgrounds
- Strong understanding, adherence and promotion of the tenets of Calbright'scompetency-based education model
- Technological competency: Proficiency with Google Suite (or similar)applications, virtual instructional platforms, and collaboration tools
