Posting Number: 2807 Job Schedule: Part Time Job Shift: Day, Evening OCR Code / Classification: 2 - Instructor - Faculty Min Salary: $32.25 Max Salary: $38.30 Work Location Main Campus Job Description Summary The Radiography Clinical Instructor is a vital member of the academic team, dedicated to supporting student success from recruitment through graduation while promoting personal and professional growth. This role involves delivering clinical and/or didactic instruction, creating meaningful learning experiences, and fostering an environment that encourages critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and hands-on skill development. The instructor is also responsible for evaluating student learning through effective assessment methods and providing timely, constructive feedback to support student achievement. In addition to teaching, the Clinical Instructor mentors' students support their access to academic and non-academic resources and participate in curriculum development and program improvement initiatives. The role includes engaging in institutional service, maintaining professional development, and collaborating with faculty and leadership to ensure alignment with accreditation standards. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, ensuring compliance with program and clinical site policies and procedures, and performing other duties as assigned by the Radiography Clinical Coordinator and/or Radiography Program Coordinator and Dean. Preferred qualifications include ARRT certification, clinical experience, effective communication skills, and a commitment to student-centered education. Minimum Qualifications Required: Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology Note: Degrees and hours must be from a college accredited by a United States Department of Education accepted accrediting agency such as SACSCOC.
