This position will also lead or co-author peer-reviewed manuscripts and other professional publications and reports as directed by principal and co-investigators Key Responsibilities: Qualitative Research MethodsLead the design, implementation, and reporting of qualitative research or evaluation tasks as required Effectively collect, manage, and analyze qualitative data independently or with a team Provide team, instruction, or coaching for use of qualitative methods, including individual and group interviewing techniques Provide expert instruction and guidance on the use of ATLAS.ti software for management and analysis of qualitative data Effectively develop appropriate qualitative data collection tools, including but not limited to semi-structured and unstructured interview guides Arrange for transcription and translation services as needed Provide support for IRB reviews of qualitative methods as needed Quantitative Research MethodsLead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quantitative data collection Effectively design, implement, and maintain quantitative collection systems or tools, including but not limited to web-based data collection and paper-based data collection Effectively ensure the quality of data collection and management for quantitative data sources Design, implement, and maintain web-based data collection systems using REDCap and/or Qualtrics as required Develop and implement quantitative data reporting systems such as data reports and data dashboards using such applications as R, Excel, REDCap, or Qualtr
