Position Title: Part-Time Lecturer in Chinese Language (non-tenure track) Department: International Literary and Cultural Studies Position Type: Faculty Qualifications: Education: Master's degree (or higher) in Chinese language, linguistics, language pedagogy (TCFL/TCSOL), second language acquisition, or a closely related field. Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and high proficiency in English. Experience: Demonstrated excellence in teaching college-level Chinese language courses in the U.S.. Pedagogy & Technology: Command of instructional technology applied to language learning, alongside evidence of creative pedagogical practice reflecting knowledge of current methodologies and a commitment to curriculum innovation.
