Part Time Instructor - Psychology - Dual Credit The Blinn College District is searching for a Part Time Instructor - Psychology - Dual Credit at our Bryan Campus. Primary Duties and Responsibilities are listed below: Job Summary The Part-Time Psychology Instructor position provides high-quality instruction in psychology courses while supporting student learning, engagement, and academic success. Responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, maintaining accurate records, assessing student performance, and adhering to college policies and curriculum standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to student-centered teaching, effective communication, and collaboration with faculty and campus partners to support the institution's educational mission. Principal AccountabilitiesTeach assigned psychology courses in accordance with approved curriculum, course outcomes, and institutional standards. Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement and academic success. Develop, administer, and evaluate assignments, exams, and other assessments in a timely and equitable manner. Be available to students through office hours, email, or other approved communication methods to address questions and academic concerns. Comply with all institutional policies, academic regulations, and reporting requirements. Effectively use the institution's learning management system and other instructional technologies to support teaching and communication. Minimum Qualifications/ Required Degree, License or CertificationsPossess a driver's license to facilitate travel to different campuses as necessary to support the department's schedule of course offerings. College teaching experience desirable. Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Psychology is required. Previous experience teaching Introductory Psychology, Lifespan Growth and Development, Statistical Methods, and/or Social Psychology. Minimum CompetenciesDemonstrates founda
