About this position
This position is part of an ongoing recruitment process within the Department of Business Administration to develop a pool of qualified applicants. Qualified candidates will be reviewed on a rolling basis and contacted directly by the Department Chair as needs arise. This position is a semester-by-semester appointment. Courses will be taught in person on the Eastern Connecticut State University campus. Teaching opportunities include undergraduate courses in Management, Marketing, International Business, and Sport Management. Immediate need in Fall 2026 is for the following courses: Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Sales Management. Required Qualifications: · MBA or terminal degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, International Business, and Sport Management from an accredited institution · Proficiency in MS Office tools, e-mail, and the Internet, along with the ability to quickly learn new applications, including organization-wide information systems · Commitment to the mission and vision of Eastern Connecticut State University Preferred Qualifications · Two or more years of experience teaching undergraduate students · Additional certifications and professional experiences related to Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field · Significant professional experience at the management level in a business-related field · Experience with a wide range of teaching strategies and pedagogies To Apply: Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest, a current CV, and contact information for three professional references to the department secretary at keglerde@easternct.edu.
