Part Time CE Instructor Medical Billing & Coding Specialist Wharton County Junior College Salary: $30.00 Hourly Job Type: Faculty Part Time Job Number: 2211 F 065 Location: Multiple Locations in WCJC Service Area, TX Department: Vocational Instruction's Area Closing: Continuous General Description Day and evening position available at multiple WCJC Campus locations. Pay for this position is $30.00 per hour. The responsibility of a Continuing Education Instructor is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The Continuing Education Instructor works to ensure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of all students. Continuing Education Instructors are hired in a part-time capacity, contingent upon the needs of the department. Classes are offered during daytime, evenings, and weekends as well as some College holidays. Classes are offered at various times and locations during the academic year as well as at various campuses and offsite. Requirements This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of current full time experience in medical billing and coding in the required fields of technique or a minimum of one (1) year of current full time work experience in the required fields of technique and a medical billing and coding certification.
