POSITION OVERVIEW Position Title: Artificial Intelligence Instructor Salary Range: $100 per Instructional Hour Anticipated Start: Winter 2027 POSITION DESCRIPTION UCR PGE is currently in search of artificial intelligence practitioners to deliver university-developed curriculum in AI on a part-time basis. Extension offers a Professional Certificate in Applied Artificial Intelligence and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Artificial Intelligence. Our courses focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. Concepts covered include data preparation techniques, including data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering. Learners have an opportunity to apply AI concepts to train, validate, and fine-tune AI models, including large language models. The applied capstone course provides hands-on experience in deploying and monitoring AI models in real-world applications.
