A reasonable estimate for this position is $73,817, prorated according to appointment percentage. Position description Lecturers for the 2026-2027 Academic Year The School of Public Policy at the University of California, Riverside invites applications for temporary lecturer positions to teach undergraduate and graduate courses during the 2026-2027 academic year. Compensation and the duration of the appointment will depend on the number of courses assigned and the number of units per course. Priority consideration will be given to individuals previously appointed as a Lecturer with the SPP. General Information: The School of Public Policy is looking for lecturers who are able to teach one or more of the following courses during the 2026-2027 academic year: Undergraduate-level: PBPL 001 - Introduction to Public Policy (Spring term 2027) PBPL 010 - Introduction to Geographic Information Systems (Winter term 2027) PBPL 150 - Urban Informatics for Public Policy (Winter or Spring term 2027) PBPL 151 - Geographic Information Systems for Urban Transportation (Winter or Spring term 2027) PBPL 156 - Geovisualization for Public Policy (Winter or Spring term 2027) Undergraduate- and Graduate-level Special Topics courses (Winter and/or Spring term 2027) in the following content areas: California and/or
