Musicology Guest University Lecturer Job Description Part-time University Lecturer 1. University Location: Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, China 2. Teaching Major: musicology 3. Course Information is as below: The lecturer will be expected to lecture on the following courses during October 12 to December 4 2026. Course Name & Class Hour (1 teaching hour =45 min): 2024 Cohort: 音乐理论3 Music Theory 3--32 hours 试听练耳3 Aural Skills 3--32 hours 音乐理论4 Music Theory 4--32 hours 试听练耳4 Aural Skills 4--32 hours 2025 Cohort: 试听练耳2 Aural Skills 2--32hours 音乐理论2 Music Theory 2--32 hours Job Details: 1.Mode of Instruction: Onsite 2.Materials and PPT: Provide with the general version (needs the teacher to add or create something new to it to some extent). 3.Time Duration: Seven weeks. 4.Teaching load: No more than 20 teaching hours per week. 5.Teaching Payment:2500 USD per course (tax included). 6.Accommodation : Provided, in the campus. 7.Air Allowance : Provided. 8.Food Allowance: Provided. Expectations for Qualified Candidates: ①American nationality teachers will be considered first since this is a Sino-USA cooperated University Program. ②Qualified candidates should have at least a Master’s Degree, majoring in musicology related . ③Qualified candidates should have at least 2-3 years of teaching experience in related subjects or courses. ④Candidates with doctorate degree will be preferred ⑤Candidates with enrich classroom management skills will be preferred. ⑥ Candidates with interactive teaching
