Micro-Learning Instructor (Part-Time Pool) Posting Number: PT476 Department: Corporate Services Position Type: Non-Exempt Employment Status: Part-Time Salary: $25.00 per hour Open Date: 01/10/2018 Close Date: Job Description Summary: Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in Micro-Learning instruction. Design, develop and facilitate short, bite-sized, traditional and non-traditional courses, such as online, video-based, playlists, gamification, chat sessions, virtual and much more, in a variety of times and locations in response to the needs of business and industry. Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction by incorporating technologies into learning and development initiatives. Leverage technology processes and platforms administered by Corporate Services Department. Develop and utilize a variety of learning techniques and methods to differing audiences. Maintain appropriate professional relationships with clients, employees, colleagues and the community. Review, evaluate, recommend, and effectively use corporate training materials. Maintain a classroom environment that promotes and maximizes learning. Maintain daily attendance rosters. Submit final hard copies of daily attendance rosters and other training resources to Corporate Services Department. Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree ***OR*** Certifications in related field and High School Diploma. Five (5) years related work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in related field. Special Instructions to Applicants: This is a security-sensitive position.
