Position Type: ContractorEducation Level: Graduate Degree Description BARGAINING UNIT / SALARY LEVEL: This is a part-time, adjunct contract teaching position located at our main campus in Wells, Maine. The position is compensated at $1,098.45 per credit hour in accordance with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MSEA Adjunct Faculty Unit and is not eligible for employee benefits. This is an in-person, on-campus position. SUMMARY York County Community College (YCCC), a dynamic institution committed to transforming lives and strengthening communities through education, is seeking a passionate and engaging Adjunct Faculty Instructor in Mathematics to join our team at our Wells campus. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality instruction, fostering critical thinking and quantitative reasoning, and preparing students for academic success, career advancement, and lifelong learning. Teaching assignments are anticipated to be primarily Quantitative Reasoning (QR) courses, based on departmental needs and instructor availability. At YCCC, we believe education changes lives.
