<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">The Department of Communication & Creative Arts is seeking applications for Limited Term Lecturers (LTLs) in English. LTL positions are temporary, non-benefits eligible, part-time positions hired each semester on an as-needed basis.</span></span><br> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">The <b>Primary Responsibilities</b> of successful candidates will be to:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style=""><span style="">Teach on campus and/or online courses in introductory Communications courses; including public speaking</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Follow the syllabus and curricula provided.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Maintain office hours and provide feedback to students in a timely manner.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Maintain FERPA and Title X certification</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Assist with program-related duties and administrative tasks, including placement, orientation, proctoring, student evaluations, curriculum and program review</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Understand and adhere to University policies and guidelines</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Have competency in effective and appropriate online (synchronous and asynchronous) delivery and in-person instruction</span></span></li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Education, Experience, Training and/or Certifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style=""><span style="">Master’s degree in Communication or a related field (minimum 18 hours of graduate work in Communications)</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Strong interperson
