Required Knowledge and Skills Minimum education requirement is a master's degree in Nursing. Along with an Indiana RN license, all applicants eligible for a compact RN license must apply and have a compact RN license. Regular Work Hours/Travel Requirements Occasional evening and weekend clinical coverage may be required.
