In this position, the faculty member will be expected to teach a 4/4 load of courses/administrative duties in our graduate programs, the M.S.Ed in Higher Education Systems, Policy & Leadership and the Ph.D. in Higher Education. Administrative duties may include coordination of the master’s program and/or an opportunity to facilitate the program’s study abroad programming. In addition, the faculty member will be expected to contribute to faculty service requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p>Applicant documents should demonstrate that they meet the following:</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hold a Ph.D./ED.D. degree in higher education, educational leadership and policy, or a closely related field</li> <li>Experience working in higher education settings (both within institutions and/or a related field: i.e., government agency), and</li> <li>Experience in teaching graduate-level courses (in-person and/or online).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience mentoring graduate students</li> <li>Expertise in multiple areas of higher education content (e.g., economics and finance, organizational theory, assessment & evaluation, community engagement, HE law)</li> <li>A record of conducting and publishi
