Job Description: Function of Position: Faculty prepare and teach face-to-face and online courses in the Optical Systems Technology program, develop new educational materials, assist with the assessment of student learning, as appropriate, perform professional duties, and participate in departmental and institutional functions, including department meetings and committee work. Faculty report to the chairperson of the Optical Systems Technology program. The successful candidate will bring a passion for teaching and a desire to support and mentor MCC students as they pursue educational and career goals. *This is a temporary, grant-funded position that may be renewed annually contingent upon availability of grant funding and performance reviews. This position is eligible for paid time off and benefits.
