About this position
The Department of Urology at the University of Rochester (Rochester, NY) is seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible General Urologist to join a dynamic, growing faculty program at our academic medical center, supporting our offices in Batavia & Strong West. Candidates should have related experience in all aspects of general urology including kidney stone disease, erectile dysfunction, Rezum (treatment for BPH) and vasectomy. We offer a faculty appointment commensurate with qualifications and experience. Interested candidates should have a strong commitment to patient care and teaching and will join a robust team committed to our clinical and academic missions. Clinical research opportunities are also available through a well-staffed clinical trials section within the department. Qualifications: • M.D., D.O. or equivalent • BC/BE in Urology • Qualified candidates will have completed an accredited Urology Residency and have or be eligible for NY medical licensure • Qualified for Assistant Professor or Assistant Clinical Professor of Urology
