Job Title: Adjunct Teaching - Electrical & Computer Engineering - Cyber 247: Networks and Security Posting End Date:  September 28, 2026 *NOTE: Last day to apply is Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 11:59pm (MT) Position Start Date: October 13, 2026 Required Degree: BS Degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MS or PhD Preferred The required degree must be completed by the start date. Experience: 5+ Years of experience working in the networking, cybersecurity, and/or information technology field. Duties/Expectations: Teach CYBER 247 (3 credit class) from Oct 13, 2026 - end of semester. Course description and outcomes found here: https://catalog.byu.edu/courses/01783-008/course-information-aoYks The faculty is expected to: instruct students in person during designated class times (Tue/Thu 2-3:50pm), provide office consultations and student mentoring, administer course materials (homework/projects), evaluate student work, and administer exams. Oversee Teaching Assistants assigned to help with labs and classes.
