Our community is strong because of this. Position Summary The Graduate Department of Psychology invites applications for a part-time Adjunct Instructor to teach doctoral-level Psy. D. graduate psychology students in our Biological Bases of Behavior and Psychopharmacology courses in our APA-accredited Counseling Psychology Doctoral (Psy. D.) Program. This role primarily involves teaching doctoral-level courses at the intersection of biology and counseling psychology. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in biological psychology and a talent for delivering biologically focused content in a clear, accessible, and clinically meaningful way for developing counseling psychologists. We seek an educator who can translate complex neuroscience and physiological concepts into practical frameworks that enrich clinical practice, assessment, and holistic case conceptualization. Key Responsibilities Instruction: Teach doctoral-level courses, including Biological Bases of Behavior, Psychopharmacology, and related topics in health or neurobiology.
