Position: Adjunct Lecturer Department: Theology Classification: Part-time, Non-benefit eligible Location: Lisle, IL Rate: $1400 per contact hour (with a terminal degree) and $1200 per contact hour (without a terminal degree). This compensation is per contact hour and is subject to change based on class size. Brief overview of duties: Instructor(s) are needed for three undergraduate Theology courses: (1) THEO 2235-A / 3335-A Interreligious Dialogue (2) THEO 2235-B / 3335-B Interreligious Dialogue (3)THEO 2270-XC1 / GPS 3900-XC1 Benedictine Wisdom Note: THEO 2235-A / 3335-A will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:15pm during our Fall 2026 semester, which begins on August 31, 2026, and ends December 13, 2026. THEO 2235-B / 3335-B will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:45pm during our Fall 2026 semester, which begins on August 31, 2026, and ends December 13, 2026. THEO 2270-XC1 / GPS 3900-XC1 Benedictine Wisdom is an online asynchronous course taught in an accelerated 8-week format, starting August 31, 2026, and ending October 25, 2026. Required Qualifications:Doctoral or Master's degree and experience in relevant area required.
