About this position

Duties: To instruct students both in the classroom and online. Create learning materials, and exams, and provide exam and quiz keys. To continue to update and help with radiation therapy physics and medical dosimetry curriculum and content for the Radiation Therapy Program. Required Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree (science, technical, engineering, mathematics - STEM) and clinical experience as a physicist, medical dosimetrist, radiation therapist/or faculty teaching in a radiation therapy program. Must be a State of Texas resident. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Experience as a medical physics, radiation therapy and/ or medical dosimetry instructor. Special Requirements Subject to a criminal background check prior to employment. *Please note, applicants must be Texas residents or willing to relocate. Galveston College is not registered for employment outside of the state of Texas.*
