Adjunct Instructor, Nursing - Pediatric Specialty Mechanicsburg, PA, United States Employed on a per-load-unit basis for a given semester or term. Sole contracted responsibilities are those activities required in the delivery of a course (e.g., mentoring/coaching, preparation, teaching, grading, office hours). In some instances, there may be some contracted responsibilities for advising, course development or meeting other departmental needs. The baccalaureate degree program in nursing, the master's degree program in nursing, and the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Messiah University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (http://www.ccneaccreditation.org). Simulation laboratories include advanced simulation with medium and high-fidelity human simulators. Qualifications Applicants must have a graduate degree in nursing (e.g. MS, MSN, DNP, PhD) or a BSN and be enrolled in a graduate nursing program with a plan to complete within 5 years of hire.
