Job Description: Responsibilities: Teaches courses as directed by the program chair and based on experience in the following areas of law: Introduction to Law and Ethics; Legal Research and Writing; Criminal Law and Procedure; Civil Litigation; Tort Law; Contracts/Commercial Law; Business Organizations; Wills, Trusts and Probate Administration; Law Office Management; Bankruptcy; Immigration Law; Business Organizations; Intellectual Property; and Administrative Law.. Becomes familiar with program outcomes and understands and helps develop course materials. Completes training in Blackboard learning platform, TCSG curricular standards, and program goals. Implements course instruction to meet TCSG curricular competencies based on approved course syllabus. Ensures that desired course outcomes meet the stated objectives. Administers and grades class assessments. Maintains current and accurate student records. Submits related grades, reports and forms within requested timelines.
