Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Plan and carry out instructional duties that maximize learning by students. Supervise students in accordance with program procedures, academic, and course-related concerns. Teach assigned courses in accordance with course descriptions. Assist with registration and/or recruitment when requested. Syllabus must be submitted by the designated date according to LSSC policy and Florida State Board Rule. Ensure that each student receives a course syllabus detailing performance objectives, course expectations, grading procedures, withdrawal and attendance policies, and faculty office phone and email contact information. Attend all scheduled or called meetings by the President or Vice President of Academic Affairs, Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs, Deans, LSSC supervisor, unless excused by the administrator in charge.
