Categories include full-time, temporary with benefits, and temporary without benefits. Faculty members are responsible to a department/program chairperson; The relationship of the faculty member to the student is one of leader, teacher, advisor, and facilitator of learning. Faculty members will uphold the mission and values of the colleges' and foster effective working relationships with students and colleagues. 1 1 1 Qualifications1 1 Minimum Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent. (If hired having a High School diploma or equivalency, then must complete an associate degree within 3 years of employment.) Three years of experience in the HVAC field with a State Contractors license. Preferred Education and Experience:Associate Degree. Five years of experience as a HVAC technician or manager.
