About this position

Seeking a part-time Adjunct Faculty - English and Humanities, this remote position will provide course instruction, engage with students through discussion boards, and assess student work while fostering an accessible virtual classroom environment. Key responsibilities Provide course instruction as assigned and engage in classroom activities at least five days a week Facilitate discussions, assess student work, and provide timely feedback Establish a supportive virtual classroom environment and collaborate with colleagues Required qualifications Master's degree in the discipline being taught or a closely related field Three or more years of postsecondary teaching experience preferred Experience teaching adult learners, particularly in a community college setting, strongly preferred Experience teaching in an online or distance-learning environment preferred
