About this position
Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) invites qualified applicants to join our adjunct faculty pool for English courses across fall, spring, and summer schedules. Adjuncts teach up to 12 credits in fall/spring and up to 8 credits in summer, with load variability based on enrollment and staffing needs. Teaching may be in person, remote, or online. The appointment carries no guarantee of continued employment and requires residence in the DC/VA/MD DMV area; compensation is paid per credit hour
