About this position
The Rosenthal Department of Management periodically hires non-tenure track faculty to instruct undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior, including hiring in the Lecturer, Professor of Instruction, and Clinical series titles. Needed courses range from introductory to advanced areas of specialization in management and organizational behavior; areas of special interest include negotiation and conflict resolution, leading teams, managing human capital and people analytics, and related topics. Positions are not available every semester and are contingent on funding.
