Interest & style
Interest: My interest in guest lecturing is driven by a desire to bridge the gap between academic research and real world application. I seek to challenge students to move beyond surface level understanding by interrogating the complex dynamics of crisis governance and organizational behavior. By facilitating an environment of active inquiry, I help future leaders explore the ethical and practical implications of different leadership paradigms. The most rewarding part of instruction is the moment a well placed question leads a student to a transformative insight. Lecturing style: My instructional approach is rooted in the Socratic method, prioritizing critical inquiry and active dialogue over passive observation. I aim to create an engaging classroom environment where students are challenged to interrogate complex organizational theories and public policy frameworks through guided questioning. By fostering a space for intellectual curiosity, I encourage students to develop their own analytical perspectives while grounding their arguments in empirical research and ethical leadership principles.
