I bring 10+ years of professional experience across EdTech, higher education, business development, sales leadership, revenue growth and strategic partnerships. Throughout my career, I have worked with leading education organisations, including upGrad, Udemy and Coursera, and have gained experience across online learning, higher education programmes, student acquisition, business operations and industry partnerships. I am currently serving as Deputy Director – Centre for Distance & Online Education (CDOE) at B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai. My professional experience includes building and managing teams, developing business strategies, driving admissions and revenue growth, working with university partners, and understanding the operational challenges of scaling online education. I hold an MBA from IIM Tiruchirappalli and have completed the CEO Programme at IIM Kozhikode. I would like to share practical industry insights, leadership lessons and real-world business case studies with students and aspiring professionals.

I am passionate about bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry expectations. My sessions would be interactive, practical and outcome-oriented, combining industry experiences, business case studies, real-world examples, leadership insights and actionable frameworks. I aim to help students understand how concepts are applied in professional environments, particularly in EdTech, online education, sales, business development, strategic partnerships and leadership. I am interested in engaging with undergraduate and postgraduate students, MBA learners, working professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs through guest lectures, career panels, leadership talks and interactive discussions. I am available for online sessions and, subject to scheduling, in-person engagements in Chennai and other locations.
