I enjoy helping learners connect academic concepts with the realities of leadership and organizational life. My teaching style is applied, interactive, and discussion-oriented, drawing on more than 25 years of management consulting experience to bring concepts to life through real-world examples, cases, problem solving, and executive decision-making. I particularly enjoy working with adult and graduate learners and creating an environment where students can connect theory to their own professional experiences. As an Ed.D. candidate in Organizational Learning & Leadership, I am also interested in continuing to integrate evidence-based research with practical management and leadership education.
