Job Summary: The Workforce Development Instructor - Child Development Associate (CDA) - Spanish is responsible for delivering instructional and educational support to adult learners enrolled in the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preparation program. The instructor provides instruction in Spanish to prepare students for careers in early childhood education and support their preparation for the CDA credential. The instructor facilitates engaging, culturally responsive learning experiences that promote the knowledge and skills necessary to work effectively with young children in early childhood education settings. Responsibilities include lesson planning, instructional delivery, student assessment, progress monitoring, and providing guidance throughout the CDA preparation process. Minimum Qualifications: * Masters in an Early Childhood Education or Education Field Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience teaching children and adults Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System Certification Licensing Requirements: * Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System Certification PA ACT-15 (Standard) Please note that this position requires employees to comply with PA Act 15.
