Job Description: The Visual & Performing Arts Department seeks qualified individuals to join our adjunct hiring pool to express their interest in future, part-time teaching assignments at Worcester State. Typical courses specializes in Art, Music and Theatre, with the possibility of teaching courses listed in the current catalog. Total credits will vary from 1 - 9 in the day division, DGCE, or a combination thereof. Requirements: Art: minimum, MA; preferred, M.F.A. for studio / PhD for history Music: minimum M.M.; preferred, D.M.A. for performance /PhD for musicology, theory, technologies and composition Theatre: minimum ,MA; preferred ,M.F.A. for performance and design / PhD for history or dramaturgy.
