Program Overview Since 2009, Trinity Law Clinic, operated by Trinity Law School in furtherance of its mission "to form virtuous attorneys in the Christian legal tradition for the common good and love of neighbor," has partnered with the Orange County Rescue Mission (OCRM) to provide legal services to residents of the Village of Hope in Tustin, California. Through the clinic, Trinity Law School students fulfill that mission while gaining hands-on legal experience serving individuals who may otherwise have limited access to legal assistance. The clinic assists clients with a variety of legal matters, with approximately 80% of current matters involving family law. Position Summary Trinity Law School is seeking a qualified California attorney who is committed to the mission and Christian values of Trinity Law School to serve as the Supervising Attorney for the Trinity Law Clinic, an adjunct faculty position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to integrating professional excellence, service, mentorship, and Christian principles in the formation of future attorneys. Under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Clinical Programs, the Supervising Attorney oversees the operation of the clinic and provides direct instruction, mentorship, and supervision to the law students serving in the clinic. The position is appointed on a semester-by-semester basis, with each semester spanning 15 weeks. The Supervising Attorney must be available to work on site at the Village of Hope for a full-office day most Fridays during the fall and spring semesters. We are seeking someone to begin the role in the Spring 2027 semester, which begins in January, with a preference for continued service in subsequent semesters. Onboarding will occur prior to the start of the semester. Adjunct faculty are paid every other week over the 15-week semester.
