The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Summary Develops, implements, and evaluates evidence-based activities in the Learning/Simulation Lab in coordination with course faculty. Participates in simulation activities as primary instructor or as technical support to faculty. Demonstrates nursing skills and techniques to students. Uses information technologies skillfully to support the teaching-learning process, including the use of high-fidelity human simulators. Utilizes critical thinking skills to effectively communicate information, observations, and/or activities to appropriate individuals. Recommends additions and deletions to the library. Provides individual and small-group tutoring in the Lab and ongoing feedback to students related to their strengths and weaknesses in the performance of skills. Demonstrates professionalism and sensitivity when interacting with students and peers, tactfully handles challenging interactions, serves as a role model for professional nursing, and adheres to the School’s Faculty Code of Conduct. Education Required MA or MS in Nursing required. Additional Education Preferred Doctorate in Nursing or closely related field (PhD, DNP, or EdD). Licensure Required Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey. Certified
