Location Saint Marys City, MD, United States Description St. Mary’s College of Maryland is hiring part‑time, temporary instructors for the Professional Pathways sequence, including Career & Network Navigation and Honors College Externship courses. Instructors will facilitate self‑discovery and career exploration, goal setting and informed decision making, and develop soft skills and effective oral and written communication. Compensation Hourly pay of $25. No benefits provided. Qualifications • Master’s degree, prior teaching experience and understanding of identity development theory and career development theory (preferred). • Any combination of acceptable education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the requirements. • Employment contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check.
