About this position

To support an engaging learning environment, the part-time Faculty in Organizational Leadership will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses remotely, communicate with students to foster engagement, and provide timely feedback on assignments while managing course content and participating in faculty development. Key responsibilities Teach and facilitate undergraduate and/or graduate courses, including hosting live lectures and managing discussion boards Engage with students through regular communication and outreach to support course completion and address academic integrity concerns Serve as a subject matter expert for curriculum maintenance and participate in faculty development opportunities Required qualifications Possess a terminal degree or master's degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field from an accredited institution Have a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline or closely related discipline, or equivalent experience Demonstrate experience teaching at the college/university level (preferred) Provide own equipment including a computer, printer, and reliable internet access Possess knowledge of academic processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Blackboard

Requirements

Possess a terminal degree or master's degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field from an accredited institution
Have a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline or closely related discipline, or equivalent experience
Provide own equipment including a computer, printer, and reliable internet access
Possess knowledge of academic processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Blackboard
