JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Learning and Performance Systems is seeking to hire part-time Instructors to teach occasional courses in its online Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change. These courses are offered through Penn State’s World Campus, and the intended audience is working professionals in business and industry. The preferred qualifications for applicants are a PhD in Organization Development or closely related field, at least ten years of related business and industry experience at the managerial level, demonstrated success in teaching online courses, knowledge of Canvas, Penn State’s course management system, and the flexibility to interact with students on a daily basis.
