Posting Number: 20163238F Job Description EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON PROGRAM NEEDS AND AVAILABLE FUNDING. This is a fully remote work position. May hire up to three positions. Ohio Executive MPA adjunct instructor position. There will be a standard syllabus and course content for hybrid and/or online delivery that will be hosted through OU's LMS. The Master of Public Administration (MPA) instructor will engage students in learning that meets the course and weekly learning objectives; moderate weekly discussions and encourage quality participation from students; provide meaningful feedback to students on discussions; provide tutorial assistance during established virtual office hours when applicable; assist in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students; and provide timely grading of assignments and discussions. Minimum Qualifications Candidate must hold a graduate degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration; Social Sciences; Behavioral Sciences; Education; Research Methods Applicants with a Master's degree (MA): Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience Applicants with a Doctoral degree (PhD): Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience Excellent communication skills both oral and written
