Clover Park Technical College (CPTC) is seeking a highly-skilled instructor to teach in our Mechatronics program to teach in all levels within our program vertical. We welcome applicants from across the automation ecosystem (operations, maintenance, engineering, integration, manufacturing, and software/enterprise interface). The strongest candidates can point to real deployments-systems they have built, integrated, commissioned, maintained, optimized, or repaired-and can explain the tradeoffs and priorities that matter in industrial environments. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of knowledge, skill collaboration, and creativity where both individual and team growth are prioritized. Apply your industry experience to provide support and mentorship to team members working on customer-facing solutions. Beyond technical guidance, your ability to lead and manage will ensure that the team remains adaptable and continuously improving.
