Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, seeks an academic or highly qualified lecturer to teach the graduate-level course "Survey of Planning Law Principles" during the spring 2027 semester. The course is offered by the Urban Planning and Policy Development graduate program. The course is usually conducted in person in New Brunswick. For spring 2027, we are open to a virtual or hybrid teaching modality, and there is some flexibility on course day/time. Candidates should preferably hold a law degree and have professional experience in urban planning. The instructor should have in-depth knowledge of planning law and be prepared to teach the course in a way that prepares students to take the AICP certification exam in the future.Position Status: Part Time Minimum Education and Exper
